As a relatively new nano-material, it is important that people and organizations involved in the manufacture, research and handling of graphene understand how to do so safely.

This webinar is a joint production of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) and The Graphene Council (TGC).

What you will learn;

  • Understand what qualifies as a true "graphene material" and the different forms in which it is commonly produced.
  • Learn about the major stages of material development and production where safe handling procedures apply to mitigate risk.
  • Gain an overview of which regulatory agencies and regulations apply to graphene and other nano-materials.
  • Review good product life cycle safety management practices.

Who should attend;

  • Anyone that has a vested interest in the safe handling of graphene materials including; production personnel, researchers and application developers, customers and receivers of the material, graphene producing companies, regulatory agencies, etc.
  • People and organizations that may have experience in handling nanomaterials but for whom graphene is unknown or a new material.
